Tendo em vista a proposta apresentada pela Comiss\u00e3o de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o dos Bancos coordenada pela <strong>FENABAN, pelo Banco do Brasil e Federa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Banc\u00e1rios, para a renova\u00e7\u00e3o das Conven\u00e7\u00f5es Coletivas de Trabalho, bem como, sobre a proposta apresentada pelo Banco do Brasil para renova\u00e7\u00e3o do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho Aditivo,<\/strong> sendo que, as propostas incluem desconto a ser feito no sal\u00e1rio e PLR dos empregados em raz\u00e3o da contrata\u00e7\u00e3o a ser realizada (contribui\u00e7\u00e3o negocial); 2.
