{"id":22713,"date":"2026-08-19T08:06:57","date_gmt":"2026-08-19T11:06:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bancariosdepiracicaba.com.br\/?p=22713"},"modified":"2026-08-19T08:17:11","modified_gmt":"2026-08-19T11:17:11","slug":"edital-de-convocacao-de-assembleia-extraordinaria-especifica-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bancariosdepiracicaba.com.br\/?p=22713","title":{"rendered":"EDITAL DE CONVOCA\u00c7\u00c3O DE ASSEMBLEIA EXTRAORDIN\u00c1RIA ESPECIFICA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>O Sindicato dos Empregados em Estabelecimentos Banc\u00e1rios de Piracicaba e Regi\u00e3o, inscrito no CNPJ\/MF sob o n\u00ba 54.409.990\/0001-45, Registro Sindical n\u00ba 914.100.132.02546-4, por seu Presidente abaixo assinado, convoca todos os banc\u00e1rios, s\u00f3cios e n\u00e3o s\u00f3cios, da base territorial deste sindicato, que prestam servi\u00e7o para o Banco Safra S\/A, para participarem da Assembleia Geral Extraordin\u00e1ria Espec\u00edfica que se realizar\u00e1 de forma remota\/virtual durante o per\u00edodo das 09:00 horas at\u00e9 \u00e0s 18:00 horas do dia 21 de agosto de 2026, na forma disposta no site oficial do Sindban Piracicaba &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/bancariosdepiracicaba.com.br\/\">https:\/\/bancariosdepiracicaba.com.br\/<\/a> onde estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias para a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o acerca da aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos seguintes Acordos Coletivos de Trabalho: <strong>ACT SAFRAPAY<\/strong> &#8211; Renova\u00e7\u00e3o por 02 anos, a fim de estabelecer a jornada de trabalho e identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de cargo (Executivo de Contas) como fun\u00e7\u00e3o de confian\u00e7a; <strong>ACT GRATIFICA\u00c7\u00c3O DE FUN\u00c7\u00c3O &#8211; GERENTES<\/strong> &#8211; Renova\u00e7\u00e3o por 02 anos, a fim de dispor sobre a jornada de trabalho e pagamento da gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o de fun\u00e7\u00e3o; <strong>ACT SISTEMA ALTERNATIVO ELETR\u00d4NICO DE CONTROLE DE JORNADA<\/strong> &#8211; Renova\u00e7\u00e3o por 02 anos, a fim de reconhecer o Sistema de Ponto Eletr\u00f4nico, inclusive nos termos da Portaria 671\/21; <strong>ACT &#8211; COMPENSA\u00c7\u00c3O DE JORNADA \u2013 REGIME ESPECIAL<\/strong> &#8211; Renova\u00e7\u00e3o por 02 anos, para estabelecer sistema de banco de horas; <strong>ACT TERMO DE QUITA\u00c7\u00c3O + Anexo<\/strong> \u2013 Renova\u00e7\u00e3o com vig\u00eancia por 02 anos, para estabelecer fluxo operacional para validar a quita\u00e7\u00e3o semestral das horas anotadas no sistema de ponto e pagas em folha de pagamento, sendo que esse acordo \u00e9 acompanhado de Anexo com Fluxo, e ainda um Modelo de Termo de Quita\u00e7\u00e3o Individual a serem celebrados com o Banco Safra S\/A.
