A CCT, que foi aprovada na noite de segunda-feira (10) por 80,81% dos trabalhadores que participaram em assembleias realizadas por sindicatos da categoria de todo o pa\u00eds, ter\u00e1 vig\u00eancia at\u00e9 31 de maio de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Para 2022, foi conquistado um reajuste de 9% nos sal\u00e1rios e nas cl\u00e1usulas econ\u00f4micas e reajuste de 12% nos vales alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e refei\u00e7\u00e3o, al\u00e9m de reajuste de 11,9% nos valores fixos, teto e parcela adicional da Participa\u00e7\u00e3o nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR) e Vale Abono de R$ 800,00.<\/p>\n<p>Para 2023, a proposta de reajuste pelo \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor (INPC) + 0,3% de aumento real, exceto para PLR que ser\u00e1 reajustada somente pelo INPC do per\u00edodo. A manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das cl\u00e1usulas sociais \u00e9 v\u00e1lida para os dois anos.<\/p>\n<p>Foi uma campanha dif\u00edcil, com uma conjuntura desfavor\u00e1vel, na qual conseguimos manter todas as cl\u00e1usulas da CCT e ainda e aumento real para 2023. Al\u00e9m disso, vamos estabelecer mesas tem\u00e1ticas para debater pontos importantes na conven\u00e7\u00e3o das financeiras, como PLR, teletrabalho e outras demandas importantes da categoria.<\/p>\n<p>O desafio de organizar a categoria dos financi\u00e1rios \u00e9 grande e ao mesmo tempo motivador para buscarmos sempre os melhores acordos.
