O Ita\u00fa obteve Lucro L\u00edquido Recorrente Gerencial, que exclui efeitos extraordin\u00e1rios, de R$ 12,941 bilh\u00f5es, no 1\u00ba semestre de 2021. O resultado representa alta de 59,4% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado.<\/p>\n

No 2\u00ba trimestre de 2021, o banco obteve um Lucro L\u00edquido Recorrente Gerencial de R$ 6,543 bilh\u00f5es, alta de 55,6% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo de 2020 e de 2,3% no trimestre. J\u00e1 a rentabilidade (retorno recorrente consolidado sobre o Patrim\u00f4nio L\u00edquido m\u00e9dio anualizado \u2013 ROE) do banco foi de 18,8% no semestre, com alta de 5,7 pontos percentuais em doze meses.<\/p>\n

Os n\u00fameros mostram que o banco apresenta grande crescimento mesmo com a economia do pa\u00eds em frangalhos. Est\u00e1 na hora de o Ita\u00fa colocar em pr\u00e1tica seu lado bonzinho que mostra nas propagandas de TV, parar de demitir trabalhadores das ag\u00eancias e n\u00e3o contratar apenas funcion\u00e1rios de tecnologia. Passar a valorizar todo o seu corpo de funcion\u00e1rios, com garantia de emprego e melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho.<\/p>\n

Precariza\u00e7\u00e3o do atendimento –\u00a0<\/strong>Ao final de junho de 2021, a holding contava com 85.611 empregados no pa\u00eds, com abertura de 1.268 postos de trabalho em doze meses e 1.196 no trimestre.<\/p>\n

Esse saldo positivo, no entanto, se deve a contrata\u00e7\u00f5es para a \u00e1rea de TI e \u00e0 incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o, a partir do segundo trimestre de 2020, dos empregados da ZUP (empresa de tecnologia adquirida em outubro de 2019). N\u00e3o houve a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos postos de trabalhadores banc\u00e1rios. Infelizmente eles foram fechados e isso precisa acabar.
