De acordo com a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o do banco desta ter\u00e7a-feira (27), podem registrar a den\u00fancia os pr\u00f3prios trabalhadores, colaboradores, clientes, usu\u00e1rios, parceiros ou fornecedores.<\/p>\n<p>Na realidade, o canal fragiliza o empregado e o coloca sob suspeita de qualquer ordem. Dentre as op\u00e7\u00f5es que constam do formul\u00e1rio de den\u00fancia, na pergunta \u201cComo tomou conhecimento deste fato\/transgress\u00e3o?\u201d, as respostas podem ser \u201couvi falar\u201d, \u201couvi por acaso\u201d, \u201cum colega de trabalho me contou\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e3o h\u00e1 crit\u00e9rio. O empregado fica sujeito a qualquer tipo de acusa\u00e7\u00e3o. Assim, o canal \u00e9 uma forma de persegui\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica e ideol\u00f3gica aos empregados. \u00c9 um instrumento claro de persegui\u00e7\u00e3o e exposi\u00e7\u00e3o desnecess\u00e1ria do empregado.<\/p>\n<p>A Caixa tem outros instrumentos de apurar irregularidades e a forma como esse canal de den\u00fancias est\u00e1 sendo fragiliza ainda mais empregado, que sofre com a press\u00e3o constante da dire\u00e7\u00e3o do banco.<\/p>\n<p>A CEF deveria investir em instrumentos que ofere\u00e7am melhores condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho.
