Outro tema acordado que n\u00e3o tem sido seguido pelos gestores \u00e9 o banco horas dos trabalhadores.<\/p>\n<p>A COE Ita\u00fa vai aproveitar o encontro para discutir o Trilhas de Carreira, mecanismo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o trimestral dos caixas do Ita\u00fa.
